Barista / Industry Matcha & Tea Training

Service Description

Tea training on your timeline, in a 1.5 hour session, up to 3 barstas per booking, maximum 12 total attendees. Additional cost of $30 per barista after the included 3. Small trip charge for locations outside of the metro Phoenix area. Class can be arranged on your preferred date & time. 1.5 hours total. The first session is focused on making matcha, & understanding the nuances of good matcha. We focus on brewing ratios & the styles of serving. 45 minutes The second session is focused on brewing consistent, non bitter cups of loose leaf tea using your available brewing / tea steeping equipment. We focus on brewing ratios & the flavors of teas. 45 minutes
